Creator vetting and campaign reporting for agencies
Vet creators and report on campaigns from one API, with failed calls refunded.
Why it fits
Agencies copy a lot of numbers out of apps: follower counts for a shortlist, views on last month's reels, comments under a sponsored post, the size of a campaign hashtag. Each of those lookups is one request here. You send a username or a link and get the public numbers back as JSON, ready for the sheet, dashboard or report your client already reads.
- Vet creators from public profile numbers: followers, verification, business category and recent reel views.
- Read the comments under a post or video to check engagement quality before you pitch.
- Report on campaigns with daily snapshots of creator profiles and campaign hashtags, no screenshots.
- Failed lookups are refunded, so a blocked request never ends up on a client's bill.
- Credits are one-time packs that never expire, so quiet months cost nothing.
In more detail
Vet before you pitch
Start a shortlist with the profile endpoints for Instagram, TikTok and X: follower and following counts, verification and business flags, bio and link in bio. For Instagram, the reels endpoint returns up to 50 recent reels with view, like and comment counts, which shows whether a large audience actually watches. On TikTok, compare total likes and video count against followers. The comments endpoints let you read what the audience says, and repetitive generic comments are a common sign of bought engagement worth a closer look.
Report without screenshots
Campaign reporting needs the same numbers on a schedule. Snapshot the creator profiles and the campaign hashtag daily, store the date with each result, and the difference between two days becomes growth you can chart. The TikTok hashtag endpoint returns total videos and views for a tag, and the YouTube comments endpoint returns top or newest comments with like counts for sponsored videos. Every response says whether it was served live or from your cache, so a report can state how fresh its numbers are.
Predictable cost per client
Most endpoints cost 1 credit per successful request; feed and search endpoints cost 2 or 3. Failed requests are refunded automatically, so a blocked lookup never shows up on a client's bill. A definitive answer such as "this account does not exist" is billed because the lookup completed, which is also useful: it tells you to drop a handle from the list. Credits are sold in one-time packs that never expire, so quiet months cost nothing.
Fits the tools you already use
The n8n node covers all nine platforms, so a scheduled workflow can read a list of handles from a sheet and write the numbers back. The Agent Skills include influencer vetting, creator shortlist building and viral post breakdowns, which run inside coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor. For one-off checks, the CLI prints a profile in your terminal.
Public data, clear limits
Everything comes from what a logged-out visitor can see. That keeps your agency out of shared logins and account bans, and it sets honest expectations with clients: follower lists, private accounts and platform-internal analytics such as reach or saves are not available. When a creator's account is private, the API says so with a PRIVATE_ACCOUNT code instead of returning empty data, so your report can mark the gap. You stay responsible for using the data in line with platform terms and data protection laws.
What it costs

- For the candidates that pass, call the reels endpoint and compare views with followers.
- Send cache_days on reruns of the same list so repeat lookups within the window are free.

Agencies: questions
Can we see private accounts?
No. Only data visible without logging in is returned. Private Instagram accounts return their public profile fields, never their posts.
Do we pay for handles that do not exist?
Yes. The lookup is billed because it completed with a definitive answer (404 NOT_FOUND). Blocks, timeouts and errors on our side are refunded.
Can several team members share one account?
One account can have up to 10 active API keys. They share the account's credits and rate limits, and each key can be revoked on its own.
Can we get an invoice for a client?
Yes. Email [email protected] with your account email, the payment's receipt ID and the billing details.
