Acceptable Use Policy. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for public data. You must not use it, or data obtained through it, to:

• profile, track, monitor or surveil identifiable individuals, including employees, ex-partners, journalists or activists;
• collect or infer special-category data (health, religion, ethnicity, political opinions, sexual orientation, biometrics) or data of children;
• facial recognition or biometric identification;
• spam, unsolicited messaging or building contact lists for it;
• doxxing, harassment, discrimination, or decisions on credit, employment, housing or insurance;
• train or fine-tune AI models unless you have your own lawful basis and honor opt-outs;
• republish copyrighted media without permission;
• resell raw personal data.

You are the controller of personal data you request; we process it on your instructions. We may suspend accounts, without refund, for violations, and will cooperate with lawful requests from data subjects and authorities.
