Pay for answers, not attempts.

Every request runs through rotating mobile proxies with automatic retries. When it still fails, the credit comes back.

Refunds are automatic

Questions, answered.

What counts as one credit?

One successful request to a 1 credit endpoint. Some feed and search endpoints cost 2 or 3. The cost of each endpoint is listed in the docs and returned in every response as credits_charged.

Is the data live?

Yes. Every request fetches the page when you call it. Use cache_days only if an older result is fine, up to 14 days. Each response says cached: true or false.

What if a platform blocks you?

We retry automatically. If it still fails, the credit is refunded and the error code says why. We do not publish an uptime SLA.

Is this legal?

We return only data visible without logging in. You stay responsible for your use under platform terms and laws like GDPR. Not legal advice. Read our plain-language overview.

Am I charged when a request fails?

No. Blocks, timeouts and errors on our side are refunded automatically. A definitive not found or private answer (the account or post does not exist, or is not public) is billed, because the lookup was completed. Cache hits, invalid parameters and rate-limited requests cost nothing.

How does caching work?

Send cache_days between 1 and 14. If you fetched the same target within that window, you get the stored result for free and the response says cached: true. Without cache_days every request returns live data. Cached results belong to your account only.

What are the rate limits?

New accounts can send 60 requests per minute with 5 running at the same time. The limits rise to 300 per minute and 20 at a time once your purchases total $39 or more. Limits apply to the whole account, across all keys.

How do I pay?

Credits are sold in one-time packs, no subscription. We accept crypto today: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and more via 2328 (2328.io), our crypto payment processor. Credit card payments are coming soon. You get a 2328 invoice page with the exact amount, network and address. It expires after 60 minutes. Credits arrive after network confirmation, usually within minutes. Need an invoice or help paying? Can I call the API from a browser?

No. API keys are secrets and the API does not accept browser requests. Call it from your server or scripts and keep the key in an environment variable.
