What the TikTok Videos Scraper API does
The TikTok Videos Scraper API returns a short TikTok profile summary and the account's newest videos from TikTok's public embed: up to 12 per request. Each video comes with its ID, link, caption, cover images (standard, original and animated), a playback URL, play count, width, height and a privacy flag. The profile part includes nickname, bio, verification and privacy flags, follower and following counts, total likes received and the avatar. Send a username, an @handle or a profile URL. Play counts on recent videos show real reach better than follower counts alone. For likes, comments, shares and saves of a single video, pass its ID to the TikTok video endpoint. Playback URLs are expiring CDN links. Each request costs 1 credit.

Limitations: Unofficial API: not affiliated with or endorsed by the platform. Public data only, as a logged-out visitor sees it. The videos endpoint returns the newest publicly visible videos (up to 12); private, removed or region-restricted videos are missing.

Questions
Why only 12 videos?
The videos come from TikTok's public embed, which shows the newest videos only. has_more tells you whether the embed listed more than your limit.
Are likes and comments per video included?
No, only play counts. Use the TikTok video endpoint for likes, comments, shares, saves and duration of one video.
Does play_url last forever?
No. It is an expiring CDN link, so use it soon after the request.
How much does the TikTok Videos Scraper API cost?
1 credit per successful request. Credits are bought in one-time packs and never expire. New accounts get 100 free credits. No payment details needed.
Am I charged for failed requests?
No. If the platform blocks the request, it times out or something fails on our side, the credits are refunded automatically. A definitive answer such as "this account does not exist" is billed because the lookup completed.
Can I re-read a result without paying again?
Yes. Send cache_days (1 to 14) and a repeat request for the same target within that window is served from your cache for free.
