What the TikTok Sound Scraper API does
The TikTok Sound Scraper API returns a TikTok sound by URL or ID: title, artist, album for licensed music, duration, whether it is an original sound made by a creator, cover image, an audio URL and, most importantly, how many videos use it. It also lists the top videos using the sound from TikTok's public embed, up to 12, each with caption, covers, play count and the creator's username. video_count is the full total, so daily snapshots show whether a sound is spreading or fading. Send a tiktok.com/music/ link or the numeric sound ID. Title, duration, the original-sound flag and the audio URL are read from the first video and can be null. Each request costs 2 credits.
